Well here it is ….only Round 2 of the NSW State Cup and we have the 1st **BLOCKBUSTER OF THE YEAR** when the Mighty Western Suburbs Magpies travel to Leichhardt Oval to tackle the Balmain Ryde Eastwood Tigers....

Now... normally a trip to the 'old girl' with all it's charm and charisma on a Sunny afternoon to watch footy is a pleasure...However on this occassion a trip to the Leichhardt dump with Grandstands falling down, dungheap of a playing surface and never any soap in the toilets is a different kettle of fish......

This time it's tribal war.....

The player match ups are a joke and not even in contention except Daniella is 800,000 times faster than Brown.

2\. Lazarus is a rising star, Waters is washed up
3\. Falcone should be playing hooker, but Leo has no clue
4\. Farlow will double the tackle count of Rysko
5.Poaneki will never win a State Cup MVP Award playing out of position
6\. Huihahau has NRL experience over Rhys

Make sure you watch Fox on Wednesday if you missed anything yesterday..

Thanks mate….just came home from the Souths vs Roosters game.....I thought I never see a better stuffed up certain try than the one that Daine Laurie one against the Storm last year , until Merrit stuffed one up today...going to be in the lowlight reel for years.

The Pearce & Carney show were awesome again..the 1st 5 games just got a lot harder, but saying that Souths were at their bumbling best

If his knee is right and he isn't in first grade than Schirnack V Fafita could be the go. Maybe Flanagan will be back at BRET and will play against Davis.

The Old Girl factor is huge. Balmain don't lose to many games at Leichhardt.

Should be a cracker of a clash. Wests have an excellent pack when the likes of Akeripa and Simon Dwyer are fit. The Magpies will have to watch Lazarus and Taumata though, a lot of creativity and attacking potential between those two.
