We found our fullback… he was exceptional tonight! His workrate was amazing. He picked up a knock early in the first half to his ankle... the trainer was talking to him... moments later he was backing up a break we made through the ruck! Huge courage!

Great game and here's hoping to more like it! He ran it hard and I don't think he went backwards once in a tackle!

I was at the game and I don't know if it was different at home but I think ryan is our answer at fullback. He's safe under the high ball, runs back hard at the defence and is a better defender one-on-one than moltzen.

Once everyone is fit i think the best 1-7 would be:

I was most impressed by his kick returns. He was going 10-15m with his, Moltzen would be lucky to go 5\. It's just a massive bonus when you can get big yardage on the kick returns, your big forwards don't have to go back as far.

Think you'll find that there is a few threads stating this but yeah you are right, he played an outstanding game from the back tonight, made a lot of meters and ran straight and hard.

Yep I agree completely,
Think we have finally found a fullback meaning Moltzen can play halfback.
Also found a way so that Ryan, Tuqiri and Tuiak can all be in the backline.
As for Mitch Brown.. get him out!

I agree, Hodgo did suggest to let Beau play at fullback.
give him another go at fullback against the raiders, and see if he can do the same.
