Jeezuz I'm glad he's not going. I love the bloke. I'd pay him $150K a year just to be team morale booster and official media correspondent. It's a bonus that he is playing really well lately. He is one of the most harshly rated footballers to ever play the game. Some people even reckon he's the worst in the game. PUHLEASE. I've seen Ryan do things on the football field that ANYONE would be proud of. Most of the blunders he's ever made have just been stupid luck! The guy is a champ.
 
They said lote tuqiri might play if did fitness test and might play on saturday they said it in the start of footy show hope its true :smiley:😀

could not agree more, sure he puts in 100%, he is better than that tho, very good from dummy half, good finisher and good defender. Clearly no hall of famer, but good first grader.

If he didnt have the footy show gig, and wasnt high profile, people would not be so critical of him.

Beau staying is the best news I have had this week (if true - I believed the Penrith rumour :frowning: A great club man, and a worthwhile asset to my team.

I love his passion for the club and his humour but if that qualifies you as a NRL player my grandfather still has a chance.
2 tries is pathetic for a winger, I was standing behind the in goal at Leichardt against Melbourne late in the second half Beau had a perfect opportunity to swallow a ball and score instead he didn't get to the kick and knocked it on in goal absolutely pathetic, a winger with speed would have scored quite easily.

Isn't it half obvious a successful winger is either extremely fast or strong and big Beau unfortunately is neither, his skits are starting to get boring to.

Another false rumor thread, really we should wait before posting until the clubs officially announce a players signing or leaving, I was guilty of posting thinking Beau was genuinely leaving the club being sorry to see him leave, but very glad he's going nowhere now, commitment plus.
 
there still is a chance it will happen IMO
you wouldn't expect him to just come out and annouce he's leaving if nothing was official and negotiations were stil on-going do you?
just because he's not leaving this week doesn't neccessarily mean that things won't change next week
 
Closed - Beau Ryan last night on TV confirmed that both ha and Chris Heighnington would not me moving to the Penrith Panthers.
