100% agree on that and I would add Bob Cooper into the mix as well , absolute monster of a man, played for NSW. Jim Coman's haltered his career with a 15 month suspension for knocking out 3 Steelers in Wollongong. Should have got a medal not a suspension,

Don't you guys remember Scotty Gayle...he was pretty good..he has passed away in the last few years from an illness but was a good player in the day..Mick Neil was handy as well...

he was a great player Scotty Gale....poor bugger had a dud hand dealt to him though. RIP


He was a slightly better than average player....wouldn't make the 3rd XIII of best all time players

Opinion noted....I personally thought he was great and have awesome memories of him playing when I was a kid......

Scott Gale scored some memorable tries. There are players whose inclusion in the team gives you confidence of a win and likewise exclusion removes that confidence. Scott Gale was such a player. I remember a 50mt centre field, through the middle of the Brisbane defence, try at Leichhardt. The roar of the crowd was deafening.
