Who will be our best signing for 2010??
Tame Tupou
Geoff Daniella
Mitch Brown
Arana Taumata
Mark Flanagan
Junior Moors
Jason Cayless
Daniel Fitzhenry
Liam Fulton

I am hoping Arana or Cayless, vote for 2

I know there is not a whole lot to go on, but I am going to say Taumata will prove best buy. While I expect Cayless, Fulton and Moors to impress, I voted for Brown 2nd as an absolute dark horse. I think he will benefit from being in a side where he is not the only back with any ability as he was at the sharks (when minus Kearney). Should he get a chance, I expect him to perform solidly.

Taumata I'm hoping proves to be the best.
I've put Moors as an outside chance.

Hopefully though Steve Folkes is the best buy. If he is then we'll have a much improved team in areas (defence, grit) that we're really lacking in.

to be successful we need jason cayless to get back to his roosters form. if he does we should be a top 4 team no problems

Im really hoping Taumata but from wat ive seen out it wont be long till he will be plastered across the headlines again… So im thinkin Cayless for adding much needed size to our pack or Tuqiri for giving the tigers the last piece of the puzzle

I've gone with Cayless but truth is it's all a bit of a wait and see thing. There are concerns over everyone of those players weather it be form, injury, discipline or competition for spots. Cayless is the one who could well gives us the biggest injection in 2010\. Galloway was a monster last season but other than Skandalis our props were not that good. Cayless will play a big role i think.

Thats exactly our problem..every key signing has serious concerns regarding either recovery from long term injury,or significant defensive issues, alcohol mis-management or just simply a long history of mediocrity which we think we may be able to miraculously turn around. There arent any Ellis-like nobrainers in this lot.
All are somewhat of a lottery ,& if we get just one or two who make an impact in 1st grade this year it will be a bonus

I went with Arana and Cayless although I hope Moors, Brown and Flanagan also perform well and above expectations.

Liam Fulton & Jason Cayless.
both have a point to prove, that they can return from playing in super league and still perform well in NRL

I went with Mitch Brown.

He is an impact runner and I would love to see him given a shot at fullback. If not than let him take Ryans spot on the wing. He is quicker, taller, larger, stronger and is great under the high ball

Where is the Steve Folkes Option…..

Oh Well...Mitch Brown....

hahaha the most popular picks are (a) a bloke who on past track records probably wont see the season out without getting the boot and (b) a broken down prop.

On that lot i'll take a punt on Brown as well.

I really hoping that Cayless & Moors both have massive seasons to help our front row stocks…Pray that Keith stays injury free and Bryce finally wakes up,and plays to his potential.

With Sheens having so much choice in all the other positions, the competition to be in the starting 17, will keep the entire squad on their toes for 2010.
