I think benji is awesome for us, and the brand of footy we have played is great for the game in general, benji's skills are a big reason we play that style, alot of my non tiger mates often say that the tigers games are the best to watch (excluding their own team playing of course)
Off the field benji is really good as well. I wouldn't swap him for anyone.
But there is loads of players that are sensational for their clubs in different ways. Hindmarsh and Petero are inspirational for their clubs and are shining examples off the field. They often show the younger players the work ethic required to make it in the NRL.
Blokes like Slater and Inglis are excitement machines which fans turn up to watch week in week out. I think the work that preston campbell does is well known and much endear the public to him and his club.
than there is the freakish young players that everyone from all squads like to watch come thru, blokes like Coote, Idris Duggan and prob a dozen more, the new blokes on the block get fans excited
Than there is sensational blokes around clubs that everyone loves playing around we've got beau ryan and every team, as a couple like it, these are good for clubs.
I guess I'm saying that there is so many great "assets" (hate the term) to the NRL that all bring different stuff to the table, we are lucky we have one of the best
