His names been caught up with the whole John Tooma and Matt Seers drug trafficking but was found not guilty. Needs a clearance from rugby still or league in the case.
Cleary probably has big visions of a Reynolds and Marshall/Tui halves pairing and if signing a fullback means that leaves the utility spot open for one of them.

Followed by Back in the day I would have given Full clues.
He hasn’t been mentioning any halves only Fullbacks in RTS and Munster.
His hints suggest someone that isn’t a half isn’t a fullback but used to be one or both.
