BIG signing coming soon

My Money is on Trent Merrin or another Panthers signing.

I can't imagine Izzy leaving for us unless a Corporate sponsor has gone all out in TPC's. Can't imagine Morgan leaving the Cows after missing a premiereship and being a walkin for JT's spot.

I rate the guy highly and would gladly trade Thompson or even Mahe Founa for him.
But glad it's next year. Lets see how Tui goes at FB and if he can push Zillman down to X factor reserve.
 
Folau is a campbelltown boy, could be a homecoming of sorts. He'll be 29 in april so still a few years left in him. maybe the nrl would chip in too as we ry get some big names back. No problem with third parties

William ZEROMan has done nothing since his early days at the Raiders, too injury prone now - no thanks!
If it’s not a big talent then I’m happy to put my faith in Tui

I don't have a problem if Barba jumps on board. If you want speed and "The X Factor" out wide (or through the gaps), the fella has it in spades. Imagine him and Tui if they're on song, it'd be awesome to watch, excellent attacking potency.
I dare say though, I reckon it would have to be written in the fine print stating that if he screws up, he'd be goneski for good.
Packer has turned it around.
 
I like the intrigue, it would be unprofessional to leak a signing before it is officially sanctioned by the club.
We all have our pulse back again after a lull, there is always great anticipation waiting for the announcement….
It’s like a Tom Jones concert, everyone’s ready to peel their undies off and throw them on stage when the new signing arrives ☺️

Its Barba and I for one won't be throwing my jocks on the stage for him

Lets hope the NRL stops the deal from happening
 
Haven't posted for a while but the way I'm reading this is there will be 2 signings. Barba for 2018 if the nrl approves and the big one that smoking gun is talking about which he stated early on would be for next year. My guesses are Folau or Shaun Johnson from the clues he has given
 
SG said BIG signing so if Barber the COKE abuser signs well that is not the big signing just another journey man looking at joining the Weststigers retirement fund for a year or so or until he needs a nose rebuild .So I am waiting for the Big signing not the Neville has been signing!

I'm OK with the signing. He has enormous talent and if he can keep is mind on the game as he has done at stages through his career, he will be good for the Tigers. His signing would give us great cover for all positions in the spine (apart from maybe hooker which is a bit light on if Liddle doesn't step up).
But, by the same token, I won't be gutted should it all fall through.
 
wow. Isnt it anazing how many replies have come in. I agree. Barba is the most likely unless there is unrest at a club im unawareof in australia?

Smoking Gun = Dan Talintyre

Israel Folau is not coming back to league - he took a sabbatical from the Autumn tests last year so he could be ready for 2018 at the Waratahs (where he is contracted), and for 2019 which is a rugby world cup year. Sorry guys
