Big Siro

Straight into five eight for Siro when he's back, for the rest of the year. Keep Austin on the bench as back up, and as for Anasta, who said Benji was irreplaceable.

I disagree, Austin needs to be there for the full 80\. I have to say the jury is still out for me with regards to Sironen. I don't remember him setting the world alight before he got injured. Why does everyone think he will just waltz back into first grade?

He did look a class above in NSW Cup.

Straight into second row for me, I would have him playing a Greg Bird role, take a few kicks here and there t take pressure off our halves (Brooks)

I'm thinking the same thing.

Siro's days of playing in the half's are well and truly behind him. He needs to be playing second row. He has the size, speed, ball playing skills to be extremely good playing in the back row.

I watched his return game yesterday in state cup and apart from him being short of a run fitness wise, he was definitely a level above everyone else. He should get another run this coming weekend in state cup, which should help his fitness. As we have the bye he should be ready for a return to the top seventeen against the Knights.

Halatau, Siro, gavet, tedesco, farah and woods (if they get through origin unharmed) and maybe even Paterson would be back against knights.

Tell you what? Our state cup side will look invincible next week.

Only moltzen on the sidelines now I think.

I'd like to hear from Big Siro on this matter…

Anyway I think he's a backrower who is capable of playing 5/8\. Sort of a Paul Langmack type. He looked good yesterday and as Mighty Tigers suggests the timing of the games means he should be cherry ripe for the Knights game.

He has the size and the skill, I just want him to show aggression! Sirro…get pi55ed off at someone!

I used to think the same thing about his dad, as well. It wasn't until later in his career that Paul got a bit more aggression into his game. Let's hope Sirro junior finds 'it' a bit sooner. He has everything going for him - size, decent speed, good ball playing abilities. Just needs a 'tad' more aggro.

Siro is aggressive enough tbh.

One person who does need to fire up is KG.

Sirro will play State Cup again next weekend and after that I expect we'll see him on the FG bench to play left edge backrower.

Potter said that in the presso, right?

Sirro was spoken to on Wtv and that was his answer. The plan is obviously to fast track him back into Fg.
