By far and away one of our best forwards???? Please Mick, if you're going to talk in facts, you might want to throw some of Blair's stats in for good measure. I'm sure he's a nice guy but he's an oxygen thief.

5 weeks ago he was average

but he has aimed up of late.

next time you watch him play put the grudge aside and you'll see he is one of our better forwards.

37 tackles 9 hit ups against penrtih.

woods was 46 tackles and 20 hit ups,,, but woods is just a freak..

Maybe woods should take Blair under his wing, mentor him as to how to be a tough prop????? Ironic, it should be the other way, but the stats don't lie. Yeah, Mose is huge, but that missed tackle cost us big. Your now on notice Blair, keep getting better, or reserve grade it will be.

still think potter has rocks in his head and im still not a fan of his. 2 wins changes nothing. his decisions are very brian smith like. As always i hope im wrong and this is all just pathway to success but its looking dim.

Lets think,
Blair at prop… plays no better then our bench players who are on way less and he'll never get the spot over woods, taupau (2014), Gavet or galloway. so that leaves 2row or lock. Hmm.. so does he replace fulton, Anasta, sue or Seumanufagai? No room... kinda hope this is just a way to up his money so we are left paying for himi whilst he plays rubbish for another team.

Blair being one of our best forwards is the DUMBEST things i have heard all year thru out any sport. The fact he didnt mention farah is an insult to our beloved captain who plays his butt off.

I agree with dumping benji as it did help him pick his game up but the way he used him thru the souths game was horrid.

i still believe dropping farah to bench was a very amateur move and clearly didnt work.

also, the dumping of young halfie miller after 4 games is a dog act considering blair should of been dropped.

it amazes me that he claims no ones position is safe is you play poor but had kept blair all season. we did mention before we had no forwards to replace him at one point but now we do. what gives.

Mate, I understand the frustration, in particular with Blair. However I think when Potter was talking about Blair being "One of our best", I don't think he was referring to current form. He wouldn't take us for being that stupid. Fact is Blair at his best IS one of our best and he is capable of it, still even. It's plain obvious Blair has been struggling for quite some time now. The coach is just trying to install some self belief in a guy who has been savaged from every corner of the earth this season. With the second tier cap issues he can't drop him even if he wanted to anyways.

With Miller one suspects there was more to this issue than simply giving up on the kid. I'm not privy to the inner works of the team so it's hard for me to really know but I don't think he would've been shipped out unless all parties had agreed it was for the best.

Is that comment by Potter a bit like when a coach is told he has the full backing of the board ??

Guessing Blair has a month left until they unload him

bloody hell, I'd hate to see our worst forwards then.
