Another average player. Overrated. Couldn't pass go in monopoly.

gee sorry did you expect him to score 5 tries and have 10 line breaks in his first game in over a month and a half??

Obviously I'm not just referring to his last game, am I?

Average player. Can't remember the last time he's passed or made a break and he's slow.

I can remember the last time Ayshford made breaks and had Try assists.

Unfortunately they were all in 2011\. :frowning:

Aside from needing a haircut he looked the same to me. Needs to stop trying to beat players on the outside, he doesn't have the toe for it.

Unfortunately due to the five eight we have he doesn't have much choice Willow

When you have a five eight running towards you instead of taking the opposition line on it isn't helping at all

Why can't Marshall realize that straightening our attack up and playing direct will make his game soooo much easier and create more room on the outside :brick:

One thing Iosefa does do is help straighten our attack up

Blaming Marshall for Ayshford's poor performance. Thats a good one. I suppose there are all sorts of excuses for Benji's poor performances.

Ayshford got plenty of good ball against the Broncos. He just didn't have the ability to take advantage of it. It was his first game back but I'm not sure if he has it in him anymore and he was never really that good.

I'll be watching him very closely over the next 6 weeks. He was great in 2011, had a real breakout year then. 2012 though he struggled to repeat it. In 2013 I thought he showed some signs he was getting back to his best but then he did the Syndesmosis injury. I still feel the jury is out on Blake. Touch wood he can get through the rest of the season unscathed and build some form up. He needs to remember though that he's far more effective going through people and not around them. He has quality footwork.
