I actually agree with @Tigerspirit and @Fumbles
Mayer has tried to completely change the identity of Wests Tigers and I think the direction he is trying to take us in is the wrong one. I'm talking more off the field than on.

I think it would be fair to say that one would be a bare minimum if positions went to those that deserve a position. Personally I feel two seats for women on each bord would help them function much more positively, trouble is the boys club shuffle the seats around to their liking.
