Not sure who NSW would have on the other wing: Jennings maybe? Not ideal playing him out of position but there aren't many wingers to choose from. Even Ferguson would only get a game because there are limited other options.

Aiden Sezer did his chances no favours with his game last night, and I'd say Austin is well out of the frame now as well. Daley will probably go back to Pearce and Maloney.

Queensland won the 2001 series after NSW smashed them in 2000.

I think the blues will win in 2016, queensland will win in 2017 (farewelling most of their champion players), and then NSW to win in 2018 and 2019

I'd like to see Ryan James, Wade Graham and Cartwright in the team. Both Graham and Cartwright can cover extra positions and both have been better than a lot of our previous forwards have been.
And I know it's blasphemy, but I don't have big wraps on Woodsie in SOO, love him for WTs. But doesn't threaten Qld in my opinion. Doesn't hit hard enough, and doesn't break the line that often and his slow play the balls don't help either.

You don't expect props to be breaking the line often at that level. Field position is important in SOO and Woods is good at getting an extra couple of metres after first contact (which is why he has slow play the balls). He does a job, you just wouldn't want to have 3 other props doing the same thing.

thats exactly my point, whenever he runs , the defence isn't under pressure on the next play the ball , as he takes too long to play it. It all looks good to stand there for ages and wrestle with the defenders . But it doesn't help the next runner when the defence is ready to smash him because they've had plenty of time to reform.
I'd gladly trade those few extra metres for a quicker play the ball. ,

I respect your opinion, but I think that Woodsie has become very one dimensional over the last 12 months or so. Even a few offloads would be welcome.
