I thought I was the only one who is sick of BB's apparently hilarious joke. Isn't it strange how something mildly amusing the 1st time becomes outright annoying the 50th or so ,… give it a rest BB, it's spam and will be deleted from now on.
What does this review entail? Are the results published for members or a report given once the review/ evaluation is completed? Who makes the recommendations after information has been collated?Who ensures these recommendations are carried out and in due time? All of this is usually made transparent before any industrial review/evaluation of a workplace/employer/employee…and done for the protection and out of fairness to all parties involved...

It is beyond a joke Suzie. I love the Wests Tigers believe it or not. Sheens has done some good things this year but through his stubborness has made some shocking mistakes. He has cost us another year.
4 weeks ago I wrote that I had had enough of his selections. I wrote to the board and I wrote to the CEO. I wrote to all the major newspapers and radio stations. My correspondance was analytical and it hit hard. The next week we saw Gallant at 1, Morris at 14, Moltzen at 7 and Benji at 6\. Now to suggest that my correspondance had anything to do with that would be laughable but what it does do is it adds to the pressure. All those who had had enough of the abhorrent team selections were invited to stand as one.
Since then, we have not lost a game. If we had this combination since round 1 I thnk we would have had a minimum of 2 or 3 extra wins on board and the side would have been firing in a much healthier position on the ladder.
I make fun of Sheens because he is a comical character. Why in recent interviews, when asked about the good form of Moltzen and Gallant, he talks up Moltzen but does not say one word, not one good word about Gallant?? Why? I will tell you why. because he knows he was wrong.
He just cant admit it. The question is Suzie, can you admit it ??

So Bug did you not watch the post game interview from the Raiders game. I though he did praise Gallant . And in a mid week press briefing he was very complimentary to Shannon. Specifically spoke about his pace and his structuring of the line from the back

Very hard to heap praise on Gallant after last year. We were not exactly playing world beaters in the games he played but I do see your point.

The more pressure and questions asked of Sheens the better! What i found extremely worrying this year was the axing of Scott Longmuir when he tried to hold Sheens accountable for the team's failings. The axing was an absloute disgrace. There needs to be a balance of power within a football club, not total autonomy by Sheens.
Also, staying too long in one place can cause anyone to become stale and loose objectivity. I believe thats whats happened with Sheens. Why it took him 3 years to realise John Morris was not a halfback is UNFORGIVABLE, and to say in a post match interview after the Radiers game that "its easy in hindsight" is a cop out.

dont beleive what u hear in the news papers or media all the time… that was one of the issues but there were also other problems there.. just because he tried to hold him accountable doesnt mean it was wrong.. there are ways in which u go about it and from my understanding his people skills and the way he came accross to not only Sheens but all his staff is not what a good CEO does.

The rules are still being worked on at this stage. They will be in place soon so that should give forum members a better understanding of what is, and will not be accepted.

Geez the Telecrap have some shocking journalists on their payroll. The article re Sheens being under scrutiny by the board is a total load of making a story out of nothing. They reported that at season's end the board will meet to discuss and review the season and Sheens's performance. According to the Tele, this is bad news for Sheens and shows the Tigers are not happy with him. Humphreys comes out and says … "well derrrrr we're gonna review the performance of the team and the coach at the end of the season .. we do it every year and so do every other club".
