I imagine so, there always is no matter who the criminal is. Even the most sadistic of killers have had their supporters at the end - go figure.

when - 10 - 15 years later??????

Tsarnaev is likely to be moved to a federal prison in Terre Haute, Indiana, to await execution, but there could be years of appeals.

Guys are on death row for yrs over there. He could be on death row for 20 yrs. Will be interesting if the bleeding hearts who are supposedly against the death penalty protest this.

wont he be rehabilitated by then

Maybe, maybe not - that's entirely up to him, but at the moment he is showing absolutely no signs of remorse for what he did. That said, things can change and so can people, so who knows? He's only 21 and looks like a baby! It's scary really to think that anyone could be so hateful and callous at this age. It usually takes many years of living to develop those characteristics. I know, I work with the oldies

wouldnt matter X it didnt help the Bali two…and they did great work rehabbing fellow inmates, this guy doesnt seem to want to do to much good, just bad..

Well I still don't believe in capital punishment and in any case they're massively different cases. Me being outraged at a 5 year sentence for jaywalking doesn't necessarily mean I oppose the use of gaol as a punishment for any crime. the Bali Nine case was as much about disproportionately and the worth of atonement as it was about the death penalty.

That bloke's fate was sealed the moment the Police caught him. He took the lives of innocent spectators including a child and badly injured many other people. Then they try to use the defence that it was the brother's influence. Unbelievable. There really shouldn't be any need to waste time and money with any sort of appeal.

Totally agree, this bloke had one thing in mind….. kill as many as he could.

people of all walks of life have different views on capital punishment.

i personally am against it, as i dont believe any human has the right to end another's life. i know he has done so, but please lets not get into that.

as far as crime and punishment goes though, as with the bali people, if you break a law you must suffer the consequences as they are deemed by the government of where you did it.

Don't agree with capital punishment in any format. It's a throwback to our animalistic tendencies.

Gaol the bastard for life, and make him live a long useless existence.

So you've got no problem with women who have been raped being stoned to death for adultery? Or people being gaoled or sentenced to death for changing religion?

Anyone familiar with predictive programming?

Interesting episode from Family Guy regarding the Boston Marathon. Watch the first 9 min. Coincidence or false flag?

I don't agree with capital punishment either but after reading about the 90 year old "mutilator" who died recently in prison, I am not 100%.

The reporter who knew him better than most said he admitted that he "knew that he would do it again if he got out". I am guessing that they aren't all like him so many would re-offend, even after many years of rehab in prison.

I'm also thinking that if someone murdered my family then I would convert to believing in capital punishment. I guess that would release my animalistic tendencies

Dude… I'd say complete and utter bullshit is more accurate... I stopped watching when one of the items of "evidence" links a reference to a bowl of M & Ms in FG with the fact there was a chocolate shop that sold M & Ms was located near the bombing site. Moronic stuff like that doesn't deserve a more thorough dissection.

Dude… I'd say complete and utter s*** is more accurate... It wouldn't have hurt to watch another 4 min of footage, as the later part refers to the actual bombs detonating and the muslim suspect (which gave him the phone in the episode).
personally I think it's more then coincide that these scenes were part of that actual episodes that aired 1 month before the bombings.
There are other predictive programming clips regarding 9/11\. But I suppose not everyone finds this kind of stuff intriguing.
