What did you think of the ref?

I wasn't happy with him; yes, Stevenson was a class above, but I think the ref was a bit OTT.

The second knock down I thought he suddenly got to a count of 6 and constantly hanging around the Japanese guy's corner between rounds I think gave the impression there was no chance for him. Always asking "show me something" during what looked to be a normal fight and even the stoppage I thought was just a bit too pre-emptive.

Taking nothing away from Stevenson though. Awesome boxer.

Yeah man, Shakur said he would've liked it to keep going because he felt we would've put him out.

Japanese guy was clearly out of his depth but credit to him for taking the fight when no one else would...

Ref didn't like what he saw from the Japanese guy which makes sense as he was just getting boxed around the ring and outclassed.

I've been telling people about Shakur for years and hes going to be a big name soon enough.

Sounds like he'll fight the winner of Haney Vs Loma next which will be amazing.
