Where the hell does he come from??? they have a few ex tigers playing for them now, we have more players than anyone else palying elsewhere, though i suspect thats due to the fact we are fielding 2 sides now.

I remember Necrom was in our WestTigers NYC squad in 2009\. Didn't get much of a go so went off and played last year for Warriors. Played in the winning Grand Final side. Has come back and playing with Northsydney this year apparently has been going well.

Thanks, Smeg, the forum draw said Saturday, then another draw said Sunday, glad I checked.

Much better weather today. GO TIGERS!

16-6 tigers almost half time

Mixed game, mullaney has scored two crackers. Shirnack on report for an arm leading into a hitup

Scored a hatrick.
The guy is clearly excellent in attack but in defence he's rubbish.

What about the other 12 players in front of him? How was their defence? Did anyone of them score a hat trick?

Not a clue.

huh? What are you on about? I was responding to fulleightyminutes' question.

As for the game, i'm sure Smeg can offer a more indepth analysis, but here goes my shoddy attempt:
- the opening half was fairly even. The score was locked at 0-0 for the first 25 minutes and most of the game was played in the Tigers' red zone. Norths were doing well.
- norths scored early but Tigers hit back and went into the break just up.
- after that BRET kind of ran away with it. However after getting a comfortable lead they let Norths back in, but then BRET got back into gear and scored a few more.

- meany was good at 5/8\. He's certainly more valuable there than at fullback.
- mullaney scored three good tries, two off his own excellent footwork close to the line and one off a grubber (i think)
- Junior and Junior toiled hard. It's good to see them getting dirty but it's clear Moors is not a prop
- Shirnack again went hard up the middle; hard to fault him
- Clarke at centre is certainly a option that Sheens should consider. He may not be as big as Ayshford of Lawrence but he'd fit in well. Then again, Brown probably has it over him at the moment purely on experience.
- maybe it's just me, but I could have sworn matty hyland has shrunk. He is deadset shorter than Mullaney

anyway, that's my crappy attempt at a match summary
