What are the chances will Tuigamala gets picked off the bench Willow or Smeg ?? He is a bloody monster 😱pen_mouth:

He's certainly hard to handle and I thought his fitness was alright for a bloke his size. He certainly does help get you on the front foot, but Smeg would know more about his chances Happy.

He certainly is a powerhouse.

On his chances of getting picked your gueess is as good as mine. Sheens and his staff know what they want so only they know

Why are they playing at Concord ? would have thought they would be at Leichhardt on Sunday.

This week the SG Ball are one out as the Matt"s have the bye, the Ball are playing at 1pm at Concord before the State Cup game against WA. They obviously want Leichhardt to be in mint condition for the NRL games on Sunday.

What is the background of Linc Port?

He has shifted Meaney to the centres (mind you, I did not think Meaney was the best of fullbacks).

Port is from Queensland. Only young (too old for NYC though). He's skinny, but he's very good on his feet, very good pace and knows how to score a try, he's a natural attacking player with pretty good instincts from what I've seen. Dynamically he's better than Meaney at fullback IMO, although he does have a mistake or two in his game because of the style he plays.

Not sure if he'd handle FG at his weight, if he's met by a solid wall of defence, he'd be cannonfodder close to the line when retrieving kicks.

Just tuned into the live broadcast on 2HHH and it's early in the second half but Norths are the first scorers and it's the Bears leading 10-4.

Bears have a penalty from in front after a offside play from a kick and Hunt slots it over, Norths 12-10
try scorer after I checked the spelling was Tangele Naiyaravaro, Wests Magpies leading 4-0.

Line drop from the Tigers hasn't gone the 10m and BRET is defending grimly for the 3rd set but the Bears have blown it, still hard for the Tigers to get out of their own territory.

Hunt in the corner for the Bears, news from Lidcombe is that Manly have skipped away for a 18-4 lead.
Norths gained possesion after Dane Chisholm kicked the ball into Tuigamale for a backline movement that saw the Bears score in the corner, the conversion has been waved away.

Justin Hunt from the Bears is over again following a towering bomb that eluded a number of Tigers players, a temporary break in the live streaming so I can't give a lead up to the try but it's stopped raining in Bathurst and the Dogs are howling so I have to log off, conversion over 22-10, goodbye friends.

I haven't been to a NSW Cup game for few years, but I felt the intensity/execution was way below expectation today… Politoni played well, Chisholm kicked well in the first half, and BMM doesn't like playing tight.

Hopefully there is alot of improvement as the season gets into full swing.

Bigdamo, i'm no Expert but 2HHH-FM is from Hornsby which is the old Norths territory, we should be greatful that these guys are broadcasting grass roots RL especially as their Norths side is nothing like the Norths of yesteryear.

Disappointing result for Balmain, I would have thought they'd be too strong for Norths. Oh well, hopefully the combinations click into gear soon.
