After being down 4-18 Jye Hitchcock has scored on the cusp of 1/2 time and Meaney has converted from the sideling to bring the score back to 10-18.

Back to back tries, in the ensuing set from the kick off the Balmain boys score with Marc Russell scoring after good lead up work from Tim Simona, Meaney converts to narrow the gap to 2 points with 2 minutes left 1st half.

Half time report from Paul Fletcher states the obvious with Fletcher ramming home the point, don't push the pass, when in doubt hang on to possesion!.

From the kickoff David Harris has produced a big hit on a Manly player and in the ensuing turnover the Tigers put on a spectacular play that saw Harris on the end of a great movement that saw him cross the line adjacent to the posts with Meaney to add the extras for Balmain to hit the lead for the first time in the match.

A different half of footy, Tim Simona has just crossed after a failed intercept attempt, Meaney must have missed the conversion but Balmain have a 8 point lead, commentators kept talking and didn't mention the conversion.
Balmain have come back from 4-18 down to lead 26-18 in the space of 20 minutes!.

From a Manly mistake Balmain almost pull off a super try with Tim Simona kicking ahead and Manly just avoiding being scored against but from the line drop out Balmain are in again with a try in the corner to Jake Clark.

those idiots from hhh are that idiots we are getting cremaed by this ref balmain are winning under adversity amatuers the ref and callers mate gold we dont need them the game dont need them go tigers !!!!!!!!!!!!

Balmain gets their second penalty of the game and in the time it took me to go to the fridge a great attacking raid sees Dane Chisholm cross midway through the half, Meaney converts for 38-18, time to pour the beer.
Apparently the Tigers are playing in the Ryde Eastwood jerseys today!.

You are probably right mate.

It wasnt the bias that bothered me, just the way they call the plays.

Chisolm & Simona seem to be pressing their claims.

Hopefully Mr Sheens is there.

Manly are understrength with their NRL injuries but no worse than the BRET side

Marc Russell puts through a nice little kick for the replacement Linc Port to get his fingers on the ball after great more lead up work, Meaney puts it over the black dot to hit 44-18 with 15 minutes left, time to hit 50!.

Ref has appeared to make an error after Manly lose the ball, Hitchcox runs away but called back, from the scrum Balmain take an intercept and on the end of an exciting bckline movement Dane Chisholm crosses for his hat trick of tries but from the sideline Meaney misses with the conversion attempt, still it's 48-18.
