Hate the name (Why not something original/unique to Australian sporting teams, not the same as an AFL team) and the colours (2 of the 3 colours are the same as the Broncos {Blue and Maroon}).
Do like the begining of the marketing campaign with the bombers flying over the stadium and the classic wartime look to the poster that appears on their site (when it actually works)
and the logo, though would look better with a different colour scheme as can be seen here in a recolour/edit I did to show what could be done if Essendon in the AFL used the logo
But if they are successful (which I hope they aren't), here is what I can see them running out in:
