Brooks and Moses - Not our Fault

Fumbles

JT went to great lengths to say it wasn't the halves who wanted Farah gone. I thought it was strange at the time seeing no one had actually asked him..if it was the halves.
Brooks and Moses needed more room and the ball wasn't getting to them quick enough. They now had ownership of the team. Look out things are going to improve..but they didn't.

So it wasn't Robbie, maybe it was the coach with his too many video sessions and a failure to teach. Now the coach is gone and Pascoe is keen to say it had nothing to do with the players.

Brooks and Moses have done nothing and are close to the worst halves in the NRL yet somehow everything has to change because its not actually them that are the problem it's everyone else.

Things improved dramatically for a while but after the debacle against Canberra in our last game, we just went backwards for a while.

Not sure I'd say worst, but definitely bottom 4 pairings and certainly not where we expected them to be now in say, 2014.

But who is there to replace them, or put heat on them if they aren't up to it?

It's the 'always someone else's fault' generation..

Brooks and Moses are a couple of School girls …
Bet they still pack fairy bread in their lunch boxes to take to training

They're certainly not living up to the hype placed around them. Partly the media's fault as they always spin things but for what they're currently being paid, we're not getting value, and for what they want to get paid, well they're kidding themselves.

No its never their fault.

Nup. It's JT's, it's the forwards, it's the punter in how H who keeps looking at them funny.

They better dip in this weekend, otherwise they'll be shown up for frauds.

They'll get theirs if they don't pull their finger out. Brooks' price tag is already hanging by a thread. If he doesn't show something soon I'd offer him 350k, take it or leave it. Even that price for him is being generous. And if he walks, he walks. I can't see many other teams offering him much more if there's no improvement.

As for Moses, yes he had a great run at the end of last year, but he's not going to think he can live off that. If he doesn't pull his finger out, give him an insulting offer too.

Totally agree GNR4life. The halves bargaining stocks have crashed to an all time low over the last two weeks. It's fast becoming evident it's a big 1 or 2\. We need some big money thrown into the backrow and centres and less into two halves.

I wish they would both pack their bags and go somewhere else at the end of this season….They are the worst halves in the comp and we have seen their best which is far from being NRL standard....We have the basis of a good little team but they are dragging us down to their mediocre level.... :sign:

The club should let Brooks walk IMO. Keep Moses on at a reduced rate with incentives and bring on an established half to partner him.

When Brookes was pushed over like a doll last game the commentator did state that was due to Brookes trying to take him up high to prevent an offload - well he at least had a go.

You're kidding surely BB - it was an attempted arm grab as he was being palmed off - schoolboy attempt at a tackle. And thats being harsh on schoolboy football.
