Brooks To Hooker In 2022

What does everyone think of converting Brooks to hooker next year. His dummy half runs would be great as he is very fast off the mark passes the ball well & is a solid defender.

I’ve been calling for Brooks to nine for a couple of years.

He has absolutely every attribute to excel there. The only issue is we’ve signed Simpkin long term and re signed Liddle.

I really do think hooker could be the perfect spot for Brooks though. Unfortunately I don’t think we’ll ever find out.

As a supposed Brooks fan boy I thought he was pretty poor. He did set up two tries but he needs to do more than that to me.

The problem with Brooks is that he can't find consistent form. He was poor to average at the start of the year and then he came on. He was in my opinion one of our best players. His form has dropped off though and today when we were on top he should have done better.

Excellent tackling no doubt.
Terrible kicking game. So poor could have had a bigger negative.m impact if cowboys had anything.

I watched Mitchell Moses drop the ball in a clutch moment last night.
And Luke Brooks has had moments too (who can forget the dropped ball in the last moments against the Cowboys at Leichhardt on Tommy Day.
I feel they are both limited.
They are not game managers.
