I’d say it will now be a competition between Bunty and Royce for the number 17 jersey.

Always been a Bunty fan. Part of it is the hair but he’s also a pro - comes on, does his thing, comes off. Defends well, runs hard. Good signing if he stays healthy.

Thats my point, Tigers considered him surplus. Debut in 2013, No games in 2014, he was behind Galloway and Woods as starting props, Blair at lock and behind that Bash bench of Ava/Gavet/Sue/Marty. He got salty and wanted to play and went to Souths in 2015 to get game time.

Tigers should have done more to get him to stay. The track record of Groat/Fifita debacle at this club is telling. If he stayed in 2015 he would have gotten similar if not more game time as Sue/Ava/Lodge etc Who knows what 2016+ would have brought him in Tigers colours going forward as the front row was Woods with Ava/Grant/Sue sharing the other prop position.
