Burwood/Concord Wolves - New WT feeder club

The Wests Tigers CEO and Coach have decided on the following team structure for player allocations for both Wests Tigers and the WT NYC team for the 2012 Season in this order,

1) WESTS Tigers
2) Balmain Ryde Eastwood Tigers/Hawks
3) Burwood/Concord Wolves
4) Western Suburbs Magpies

Can anyone please advise on the sudden meteoric rise of the (Balmain District Juniors Club) Burwood /Concord Wolves in the Wests Tigers structure and how they qualify to inherit Wests Tigers NRL and NYC players above the Wests Magpies ?

And while you are all at it explaining how this has occurred, I have been asked to stop criticising the CEO and Coach in this forum for there decisions and Anti-Wests Magpies management. So let's have three cheers for the CEO and the Coach !!!

They truly help in harmony, equity and fairness !!!

Hopefully with the newer progressive board within Western Suburbs we see this team be run out of the Macarthur in the 2013 season

Is there are an official source on the order of 3 and 4?

Probably because they were happy to work within the Wests Tigers framework, and not undermine it.

Most obvious answer CB.

I'd say the name is a clue too… If they're using WT or WT NYC players having them based at or near Concord is a help.

Surplus NYC players are playing with Burwood/Concord Wolves.

After last year being sent to the Campbelltown comp to prop up a team

If a new wt united nsw cup team is in place for 2013 then expect a magpies bundy cup side also for 2013 as a deal breaker

I think this is a good thing… Surely the excess 20's & excess Reserve Grade players wont be required to train at Camp Concord.

I would support this if we had no other choice but would Balmain agree to it ??

Has Balmain Football Club board agreed to a Wests Tigers state cup team?

Excess 20's players have been playing in Balmain JRL for some time im pretty sure…recall Florimo jnr playing for shamrocks a few years back.
Concord/Burwood train at Goddard Pk....walking distance to Concord Oval...might have something to do with it....that and the fact all clubs struggle variously season to season with the older age groups.

New magpies board support in general a combined wt nsw cup team in principle. Pretty sure balmain will agree (pretty much have to as they are broke). Magpies can stay alive in bundy cup being a much cheaper team to operate. That would keep a senior team in macarthur and give a local side for campbelltown based nsw cup or nyc players to play for.
