Can we do anything to help?!

Maybe someone should tell Sheens the rumours - he said he hadn't told Moltzen he was REALLY free to go but somehow the Dragons heard the rumour he was and signed him anyway

Unfortunately you or i will not be able to stop narrow minded fools ranting about rubbish they know nothing about.

Like you i wish i could prevent any more damage to our club but this is the nature of the beast.

Be positive and support though thick and thin,this is how we will over come the negative element with in our club.

Honestly, I know the club hasn't been great, but I think sometimes we are the worst supporters in the league. We even go to the point of complaining about the blood orange color on the jerseys which obviously is targeted so that we stand out in the crowd - the players can see the support. We got completely dominated crowd wise by the Red V's in the semi's and it could have been the difference.

We complain about the team, but we do nothing to help them.

At this point, I think the least we can do, is to band together and stop giving the media any extra fuel to write destabilizing articles.

I'm wondering if we can help the team by staying away from discussing rumors that the media can latch on to? It could possibly destabilize the team further.

I know all these player signings are interesting but maybe we are hurting our own team by discussing every tid-bit that is flying around.

Should we suck it up, stop these rumors and see if we can at least help reduce the media articles to only when they happen.

Now is the time we need to support the team, not make it worse.

I am inclined to agree with this statement Hammertime - so maybe this forum is not such a good idea afterall. I am embarrassed with the way the team is performing at the moment - and I suppose some of our posts could add to speculation/rumours, which could feed the media and not help our team😳
