Absolute madness. You have a business that for over a decade is bleeding cash, can’t compete in the market place and is a total basket case . Along comes a proven top notch administrator with a hard edge and starts to turn the joint around, so the board push him out the door because they don’t like the way he operates.

Sure none of us know the whole story and there is always two sides, but anybody board with any nous would find away to make it work rather than destroying the club. Very very sad day for the club and its loyal supporters

From a quick search I have read that Richardson started with Cronulla in 1993. He then went to Hull KR in UK, returned in 2002 to join the Panthers, Souths and finally WT.

In over 30 years in the sport and spanning 5 clubs, it has only now come to light he is an embezzling nepotist?

I don’t know the real story, I’m putting together bits and pieces like everyone else. Just coz I raised that point doesn’t make me wrong or right.

I believe Shane as all the evidence throughout his entire life and career suggests that Richo is an honest, diligent man of his word with a stellar reputation..innocent until proven guilty is another concept i like to apply , especially when it is Shane Richardsons word against an anonymous complaint lodged during a termination dispute … and as you say , you have no idea as to his financial position but he has had high flying management positions for a long time now and seems to value savings and sound financial practices so weighing all this up , yeah im comfortable in my belief that Richo will be. Vindicated
