Why is everyone trying to downplay it, it's a fued, embrace it, do people actually think they are going to go easy on us if we don't annoy them. STUFF THEM. After the last four do or die season on the line games where our team haven't showed up, maybe this is the way to get them to invest emotionally like we do.
Lee, don't be a lawyer, be our chairman, pick a fight, make it personal like it is for us, they are going to beat us anyway, let's get dirty and hopefully the players will have a go.

Because it's a one way fight.

Penrith fans are laughing right now. 10 on the trot, likely to be 11. Even if we do beat them, they'll still be going to at least week 2 of the finals and we'll be once again wishing we were there.

Everything worked out great for Ivan and Penrith. They all got what they wanted. I said this when he left, the integrity/loyalty barbs will only sting for so long, and they don't hurt as much when you have a five year contract. They'll mean nothing if he carries Provan and Summons out of ANZ Stadium too.

I hate the bloke for what he did, don't get me wrong, but let's not kid ourselves into thinking Penrith fans have it for us, they don't care about us. If anything they find it amusing because they benefit from dodgy dealings and we were supposed to have gone on to greater things with a better coach, and we're stuck exactly where we always have been while they are a real chance of

Of course it's a one way fight, we are a club defeated by our own averagness and lack of passion. Currently everyone is saying how both the Rooster and Storm are amazing because they play so well, with 4 million sitting on the side line with injuries. We have do it week in week out, we've done it for two years and will do it for another two maybe. I wish our 4 million was injured instead of just crap signed by Ivan. Then Lee comes out and says he has no I'll will to Ivan and fans say it'll rile the panthers. No wonder our players have NO HEART.

Our future recruitment should be based on his companies premise of "No win, no pay".

That mindset should also extend to memberships and ticket purchases.

Its a shame none of the 5 could ever make their mark in first grade since joining us. That would shut the critics up 🙂

We need a wealthy benefactor to buy this club and change the whole fabric of the place. We are weak from the top down, we bow to the rich club’s every need, we are too nice, we follow all the rules. We accept ludicrous punishments for stupid breaches. We agree to horrible player releases.

Look at the teams that have been caught cheating in the past or are too powerful to be caught cheating, they are flying. Winning premierships, handing out bags of cash to everyone, gambling in six figures on the golf course, buying players new teeth. Dodgy TPA’s.

Get with the program.

Apparently he’s only worth $20 million, that’s lunch money for Big Dick Nick

I have no idea, given the very tainted history of the expression "... has the full support of the board", why Lee would use it. I would be absolutely shocked if Maguire got sacked but that's kind of how he's made it seem.

If anyone needs to go it is Pascoe. He oversaw all of this mess. I have faith in Hartigan and Maguire but that position could be upgraded.

In Grubs defence he has been given bugger all chances, especially at 6 his natural position

I think it would be wise if the club just shut the hell up this week before we play a team sitting comfortably on top of the ladder. Whether positive or negative in vibe, we should be putting our heads down and offer nothing to the media that will make us look stupid.

DT at it again this morning pouring more fuel on the fire. And of course J Rey took the bait.

Should pull his head in. He maybe laughing all the way to the bank but at least have the decency to do it quietly and not remind fans that you are not earning your pay packet.

This is what you get when you don’t have players that have come through the juniors that are your highest paid players. We need to develop and retain our own. Take all the bias involved in recruitment, players stacking teams like the Golden State Warriors or groups of player getting together to run clubs via player managers
Tigers have to recognise it’s a new era the younger generation now are all about the easy way to success. They are smarter and better advised.

Why would the Riff fans have it in for us?

We are the victims not them - we should have it in for them.

They did the dirty on us - I don't care if they don't care.

I dislike them and their scumbag coach with a passion, just the same if they lose or they win.

Except I have a smile when they lose.
