Chris Lawrence to Sharks??

I think we should just wait and see if this is true before making any accusations or judgements.

Too true, 4 pages based on a rumour with no other information, no quotes, nothing.

It's possible he may go.

But he hasn't been the player he once was and wont be ever again.

People wanted a clean out!! Well we are getting one.

Benji
Lawrence
Lote
Moltz to a point.

There is big money sitting there. Specially benji and Lawrence.

But people hope the club isn't relying on brooks and Moses much. We have seen players who have meant to be guns fail miserably as they hit 1st grade. If brooks doesn't work we are back to square one.

has been a great person and player for many years at the Tigers. will be sad to see him go even though his form isn't that good at the Tigers. But i have to say i love what Potter and Mayer are doing. Next it should be Moltzen to go for sure

Why are all of you sad? Lawrence is a joke of a player now, and easily the 3rd worst this year. I don't know what people see in him. He's overpaid, slow and bad on defense. I'm jumping for joy right now.

This pisses me off purely because I feel we are losing one of our favourite sons. I always had faith Chris would come good.
Having said that, his form has been down of late and I'm not sure he will be able to regain his pre injury form.
Now if I was a sharkies supporter I'd be pissed of as well. I wouldn't like the fact that we have basically bought the Wests backline that has been struggling over the last couple of years.
Flanagan must have a lot of faith in himself in thinking what he has done for Fafita he can do to the rest of our team.

Did Flanagan do it for Fifita?

He would obviously think so, he's the coach.

Bottom line the Tigers are second last the centres are slow ,Lawrence moves up gets caught out,has no lateral movement and another injury is probable not to far off. Many here have to make the choice want the favourite sons playing as they are and run near last or replenish the stocks and chase a premiership I know which I want thanks for the memories Chris!

Exactly. People hate the old boys culture but some fans here have it as well. It's sickening.

FFS.
I said I was pissed off because I liked the bloke, however his form is down.
Were does the old boy culture come in to this.
If he moves on, he moves on.

IF Rowdy does move on. Is he being pushed or does he want out? I am not sure all is happy within Camp Concord

Wonder what people would think if Woodsy wanted to go? Would we be congratulating the coach then?

Hmm….potentially more happening than meets the eye.

If Lawrence was to go we would be running out the most inexperienced backline **ever** in the NRL - with only Richards having more than a full seasons experience. (allowing we can't be sure if Anasta will play in the backs).
Seeing we have got a lot of young guys in the forwards as well I think they'll hang on to Chris.
He is still only 24 so I think they'll give him a chance to finally get himself fully fit in the off season and come back firing.
