Chris Lawrence

He'd have to be the slowest centre in the NRL now wouldn't he ??

And only 3 seasons ago arguably the quickest

If he does play and pulls up lame tonight again ,someone has to answer some serious questions

I still believe (perhaps, hope) that Chris will get back to his best form.

It his defence that worries me the most.

I feel his defence is linked to his injuries… Hopefully a 100% Chris can rebuild some form in this regard also?!

Nothing personal Watto , but if i hear another "when Rowdy's 100% comment " :brick:

If after all this time they haven't worked out what is causing all the issues ,they probably never will

Very sad yes , but probably the case

Does anyone else think that due to his lack of lateral movement since his hip injury , that he should start making the move to the backrow now?
I doubt he could make the transition this season but with a full offseason training and conditioning his body as a backrower it might just reinvent him for the better. He would run harder and faster than any backrowers we currently have and if it works out would be like a new signing in that position. If it doesnt work , atleast we would have tried something rather than let him continue to struggle with his lateral movement at centre.

If the guy is a maybe for tonight, then it is probably best he has another week to heal up. We need to get the players right, not rush them back.

Especially Lawrence. Unfortunately Reddy is a fair enough replacement for Rowdy, and would suck to see Nofo pulled after last weeks efforts.

They probably do and theres probably nothing they can do about it. I don't know if its hope people cling onto, or faith or whatever else, but Chris will never get back to what he was before 2011.

@chrislawrence04 has told me he won't be playing tonight, was close, but an ankle complaint has set him back. @Wests_Tigers

I know it won;t happen but I really hope he starts back through reserves.

Totally agree! It would be the best thing for him and the team. 2-3 games there would be the go.

I've never seen him so low on confidence and really think that is almost as big an issue as his health.
