Turn it up… Im glad he is finding some form in the backrow, he put in a good performance no doubt, and am extremely happy for him.

He is turning into a good backrower. Tapau is a gun backrower...

He could have even been a backup to Robbie before Halatau came back. Really was stupid keeping him in the centres where his confidence was shot.
 
Was great again tonight…..he is running the Gareth Ellis line well...hope his body can stand up cause the way his playing he is turning back into an asset...

There was a ball he ran onto in the second half that looked he had ran onto off the back fence, Great to see him find his niche. Long over due and well deserved.
 
I thought he played well,as mentioned he is an asset again,two great tackles prevented possible Manly tries.
 
2 great covering tackles on Stewart. Some great runs as well. He will only get better.

May become an elite backrower
 
What excited me about him tonight enough to start this outrageous thread was his dirty work in defence. As mentioned by others his line running and all the other stuff that looks good he did very well. But he did some clean up work in defence that you would expect from seasoned backrowers that are renowned for such stuff like Hindmarsh and Ricketson. His head is right in this move. I'd keep a close eye on him over the next month and if things go to plan extend his deal (for a little less)
 
Since he's moved from the centres he's been improving in leaps and bounds !
It's a shame no one saw this a few years ago .

He has been our best or very close to it for the past month. He is in another league to a few others who have played in the backrow this year. I would certainly be looking to extend his contract by two years at the going rate for a quality backrower
