Cleary - One Home Ground..

The club should survey at the next Campbelltown game to see where the club supporters have travelled from ..there could be a real surprise for the Campbelltown types !

Any ground that pulls a good crowd on a Thursday night playing an out of Sydney team is worth persevering with I'd say. The players seem to respond to the venue as well.

Doubt the club will do that, but hey, don’t let that stop you.

The club already know where our ticketed members live, surely that would be a good indicator of our fan base.

I actually think if we don't get the CoE at Concord, next step would be to redevelop the stadium itself, upgrade the stands and have it ready for NRL level.

The Tigers are the inner west's team, and Concord is smack bang in the Inner West and a middle ground for both Balmain and Wests. Wests Ashfield is a 5-10 minute drive away and Balmain/Leichhardt is only 2 suburbs away as well.

Accessing the ground isn't difficult - train to Burwood station & 15 minute walk or busses down Parra Rd.

A redone Concord Oval with maybe 2 Sunday arvo games at Leichhardt & Campbelltown each would be the best imo.

With Homebush around the corner? Who would, and why would someone put money into concord?

Pretty sure those running the club know
where the strongest support for the club lies.

Well so they should. I hope they finally act on that info.

The reason is called atmosphere. ANZ has none, zilch and zero. Absolutely pathetic place to watch RL.

You wont get crowds to ANZ unless your team is at the top of the ladder and even then there is no guarantee. Last nights 15,000 crowd for a game with two very strong fan bases is very poor. Fans just dont like going there.

I asked who, not why.
Who is putting the money up for Concord ?

I think as someone mentioned before… A lot of people will have a lot of disappointment.
Get used to Parra, it's a given

I am answering as to why we shouldn't go to Homebush - where we go is not my decision and I wasn't talking about Concord. Rather watch a game at Birchgrove Oval than ANZ.

Agreed on ANZ. Way too big for club games.

Great looking stadium - look at the corporate boxes - Parra will be able to officially open it with a ceremonial placement of the wooden spoon in the trophy cabinet.
