Coach Benji 👑

What is Benjis game plan? High completion rates, which to be fair has been executed and hope we run over the top. Its not working, for the sloan break and kick back into the middle the bloke who sits out games over standards couldn’t even run back, just in case
Well it starts with running out in a straight line , then remember where I told them to stand , on the white spot I put on the ground , well boys that’s enough for this week , don’t want to over burden you 🤔🥴

While ever the focus is on Benji you allow the club to exist on false hope when they sack him for the next guy and waste more money paying him out, while congratulating themselves for throwing money at "football" in the Hunter and having board members all support it with their scarves on while Wests Tigers are falling in heap... so over this mob and those who think that they are doing us a favour by maintaining control.

Surely in the remaining 3 games, there is one clear obstruction for all players that wa t tk be selected in our top 17 next season, to simply run harder and tackle harder than their opponent.
Very unlikely for Terrell as he does not have it in him to stand up to top class opponents.
900 plus per season down the drain.

Dear Benji,

We have 2 halfbacks at the club currently, Andrews and Latu.

The team has a huge weakness in the centres, Douehi is an NRL centre. Herbert is an excavator operator.

It isn't rocket science.
Not sure I'd have any confidence in Doueihi's defence at centre at the moment mate, look at some of his soft attempts yesterday even though Herbert was ordinary too.

The young halves should be given a game before the season's done but I wouldn't be doing it against the roosters, it could be confidence shattering.

Yeah big ask against the Roosters ay. I would keep Luai there for this game with Latu at 7. Then have Latu and Javon the following week

Probably the best call man, Latu having more NRL experience for next week then try both against the cows to see if their combination can handle it.

If they work well, keep it going against the Riff, last game of the season means jack anyway and it's over for the year.

I do not think Benji Marshall should be judged until season 2026. Benji is still picking players that suit his game style plan. There has teen a lot of dead wood to clean out. Give him 2 years to get his list right and then some time for the players to develop rhythm with each other, then judge him.
can not agree, he lost Lachlin, Silva and all this politics going on with Adam its too much, he can not handle the players like Bellamy unfortunatelly.

Benji can get it done. Has to take an axe to roster and get improvement. Taylan May is the most import any player in this squad. He’s the only star in the team tbh. Our edge defence is terrible it’s our problem.
Sukkar is not a NRL standard edge backrower, and IMO never will be. Too slow.

Furthermore, the whole Luai drama has clearly had a very destabilising impact on some players.
You can't blame Benji for that?
No, but we can blame him with persisting with Luai's dancing, which confuses everyone resulting in no set tries.
And letting Doueihi dictate where he wants to play after refusing to play in another position.

I think Benji can be held somewhat accountable for the Luai grab and run destabilising the dressing room. Instead of the good bro approach and guaranteeing him a spot in first grade he should have immediately shown him the door. It would have galvanised the playing group. The Douehi dummy spit just compounded the issue of Benji's weaknesses.

Id just like to know why it took the team until the 70th minute to really start playing tigers type of footy...

Have they had the creativity coached out of them to follow the penrith mould?

Its like somewhere along the way, we changed our style... too much... because the penrith style doesnt suit this team...

I hate this club, because the last 10 mins gave me hope we might actually score a few tries against the roosters 😂😂

We will be lucky to even get into the rorters quarter.I hate losing but i do like to see our blokes try, unfortunately only about 3 or 4 of them seem to try until the end of the game and they are the blokes i see as keepers.
