You can tell he has a plan, he spoke about a rebuild would take 3 years (any club, not just us), also said you can have success during that time, buy players to get you there but may not be the players you ultimately want to keep you there.
Said it will be hard coaching against his son on Thursday, **he doesn't particularly like to do it,** which gives you the feeling that he wants to be his sons coach more than he is letting on.
