This release from Chammas is directly from the club !
To say the very least everyone is furious, Matterson is acting like a CHILD !
Don't rule out Jai Arrow the money he's on for next year is not overly more than what we are paying Matterson.
If Arrow would agree to a move in 2020 & increase in $$ for 2021 it's a real chance.
Madge does also rate Brimson highly.

Well, if we can identify Parramatta as the instigator along with his manager and the player himself, we should immediately take NRL and court action seeking to have penalties applied to all parties. The NRL should take a stand because we're having the slippery slope of mental problems to get around contractual obligations and NRL rules. By Taj I ng court action as well you're making the NRL administration take this seriously too. Eels have been putting it over WT for some time now. Time to get that smug look off their faces.

He will be stripped of all points for bringing the game into disrepute. If he had stayed an extra year or two and then gone this he would even get a toilet block named after him, as it stands he is just another player who took us to 9th and not relevant enough. @Spacecub If the club know there’s been tapering by Parramatta or others I agree legal action should be sought! As a member I certainly think the club should move forward with flushing these parasites out ! There are rules in place whether the NRL like it or not.
The club have a litigation lawyer practice sponsoring them for god sake us them ... The board need to make a stand here or this will continually happen and our club will always remain the door mate of the NRL ...time to wipe some smiles of faces me thinks !

The irony of course is that Maguire pushed for his inclusion in the squad. He must feel very poorly about this outcome although I am glad that he has the toughness to rid himself of a someone who is not committed to the club.
