What I'd like to know is why we've never scoured the SL again after signing Ellis. Canberra are showing what a goldmine that competition can be. You've just got to look.

Especially as two of our recent coaches (Potter and Maguire) started their careers over there.

Surely they had scouted young blokes if only to boost their super league teams.
