Agree, was very safe, quick feet and made good meters….he might not start the year in 1st grade but i reckon he will be a starter by end of the year.
Always was a high performer for Widnes and was pretty decent for the Dog's despite his size. I reckon he is pretty good buy and exactly the type of payer who will go under the radar but will always perform when called upon.

I find it interesting that Nofo has one wing spot sealed up by many … he is not a bad winger but there are now players at the club that certainly will put pressure on him to perform and keep his spot . Thomson can kick goals well that means he is half way there .

I thought Malakai Watene Zelezniak and Kev did ok in the back half of last year on the wing. Kev also went pretty good at fullback in the WC and when he filled in for Tedesco last year. Both good depth players. Although I haven’t Corey Thompson’s form in the last two years or so to comment on where he is placed in the depth picking order. However both Kev and Malakai Watene Zelezniak got a wing pass mark at NRL level last season.
Out of the three Kev (due to WC form) would have the inside running over MWZ and CP.

3\. Marsters
4\. Milne
5\. Fonua/ Kev/ Malakai Watene Zelezniak/ C.T
