US probably just looking for cash to pay off their debts.

Don't blame them to be honest. If China withheld it from the world and allowed diseased citizens to leave the country, there should be certainly some sort of reparations.

I have to agree CB,if someone does an injustice to someone else they can litigate or sue for compensation...Not turning this into a China hate thread ..only pointing out that on a global scale they also have a duty of care to their own people and to people who visit their country...I would say in a normal court of law they could be found negligent and in breach of their duty of care,,,

More than that though, that the lower paid among them not only get a decent pay rise, but more permanent positions for life security.

If anything like we are seeing play out overseas hits us, I would hope that nurses in particular are getting paid double time for their sacrifice and placing their own welfare at great risk.

FG I know first hand how great our Nurses are after 6 nights in ICU last year, they were brilliant.

FG I know first hand how great our Nurses are after 6 nights in ICU last year, they were brilliant.

I spent two weeks in Hillcrest in Rockhampton smack bang in the middle of my daughters rep netball season and son's footy season ...Mrs could only come up once every 3 days

A few of the nurses would spend their lunch hour sitting with me talking about fishing , footy , kids , schooling ,assignments whatever and gave the best advice in regards to my health

Wish I could have afforded to give them all $100 gift baskets ....

A lot of them are casual, now out of work too. Not fun at all. And it would be very tough looking for a job now in that area. My daughter is one of them. My son hasn't lost his job yet, but it's coming.

It isnt just the guns its the fact that military assault weapons are considered acceptable in the hands of the general public as well as pistols and shotguns.Is it any wonder that they have by far the most shooting deaths in the world.It flies in the face of commonsense

Americans work hard to earn there $$ there basic wage is garbage . If you want to talk about how the general American population live .. There courteous, polite and driving there is the only time I enjoy drive as courtesy extends to there roads , go shopping there mate and you will find out what service is . The saying loud mouth Americans well the worst population on the planet travelling are Aussies there an embarrassment! I do not know how many times I have had to not open my mouth and leave places all over the world because of self entitled Aussies loud mouthing!

Don't blame them to be honest. If China withheld it from the world and allowed diseased citizens to leave the country, there should be certainly some sort of reparations.

I have to agree CB,if someone does an injustice to someone else they can litigate or sue for compensation...Not turning this into a China hate thread ..only pointing out that on a global scale they also have a duty of care to their own people and to people who visit their country...I would say in a normal court of law they could be found negligent and in breach of their duty of care,,,

Happy, the CCP arrested and detained the doctors who first reported this as a new virus. The CCP broke into the research lab that first identified the virus as a new virus and destroyed the vials (Sun Yang style) (Source Washington Post & London Times). In december the CCP officially notified the WHO that there were no human to human cases.
