They stopped the planes from flying
They need to stop the ships from sailing.
Absolutely. Wasting scarce ICU facilities on patients that are unfortunately unlikely to survive is futile. Better not to have the cruise and prevent the tragic waste of life.
Every life is worth attempting to save.
Triage anyone?
Yes if it gets to that point, I must have interpreted what you said a different way, I thought you were inferring that if you're crook and old, tough luck, go die at home. Apologies if that wasn't what you meant.
No apology required. I am just upset an old lady would chose to go on a cruise and risk (end) her life in this way.
Absolutely, as am I. I have chronic heart disease so I made the decision not to prior. I still think if the government allowed the cruise she should be entitled to care as dubious as that sounds.
Look the cruise ship companies need to take their share of the blame
The prices they were offering to fill places was ridiculously low
And then to blatantly lie showing a yellow flag meaning they were CV free is morally irresponsible and reprehensible .....
I thought a yellow flag on a ship was to show it was in quarantine(it was used to designate Yellow Fever). That was a few centuries ago but i dont think it ever changed
The story was a few days ago ..might have it the wrong way round ...but the story was the boat hid it had patients with CV
Disgraceful if its true.To put peoples lives in jeapody just to make money is beneath contempt

It is disgusting, but easily fixed by adding "per day" to the rules. Or even better, program the scanners to automatically alarm and that way it is made public and staff have to monitor their sale.

It's just another case of the majority suffering at the hands of the minority.
Already, people with large families are struggling to buy enough food due to the current limits in place.
It should be a crime and severely punished. These people don't respect limits.
Hopefully we see these people made an example of.

He makes Scamo look semi intelligent instead of a used car salesman in comparison

Pretty cool story, really perpetuates the Orange Man bad/stupid narrative. None of its true of course but thats pretty standard for the modern media.
Of course Trump, who is a convicted Rapist and Felon didnt "recommend it". He said it was an encouraging potential treatment that the US government is fast tracking through approval to get it to patients and will be an effective treatment. He never recommended it or gave any indication that people should self medicate.
This couple didnt even take Hydroxyquinine, they took ***FISH TANKER CLEANER!*** The woman saw that their fish tank cleaner solution included hydroxyquinine and in her words thought "thats what tehy were talking about on TV.
So two morons take a tablespoon of fish tank cleaner in soda and somehow that is Trumps fault.
