Had my second dose of Pfizer yesterday and it had knocked me around.

How were you after the first jab? I'm getting my first Monday.

First I was fine, second really struggled

Really struggled how @cochise?
Seems like it may effect you youngsters more than old dinosaurs like me, but I havent had my 2nd AZ jab yet.
My niece who just recently turned 50 was knocked around for about a week after her 2nd AZ jab.

I don't want to put people off getting the jab, but it knocked me around for about 4 days.

About 12 hours after my 2nd dose I started with headaches and cognitive foggyness. I really couldn't think straight for about 2 days, I also had blurred vision on the 1st night.

Then just tiredness headaches and feeling off for about 4 days. Today is really the 1st day I have felt 100%

I feel for you mate - I have friends at work who experienced similar symptoms from the second Pfizer shot. I was surprisingly ok - nothing more than feeling tired the next day and by dinner time, I was back to normal.

I would still recommend people to get the vaccine. It didn't change my opinion on that at all.

Agreed - its an imperative IMHO

I am now fully vaccinated and had virtually zero side effects. My wife - mild to moderate for one day - everyone's immune system responds differently to all vaccines - it just fact. **Still completely outweighs any downsides (statistically speaking )**

Unless you’re the family of one of the people who have died or been adversely affected by the ‘jab’

Yes for sure if you're the family of the 2 Australians who have died as a result of an incredibly rare side effect of one vaccine, that terrible.

There are many more than 2. Even with the blood clotting

Im referring to Australia and official TGA reporting showing two deaths associated with AZ due to TTS - all other "deaths" at this time as they state "For reports of death other than TTS, our review of cases and analysis of reporting patterns does not suggest that the vaccine caused these deaths"

@tigertye - there is a lot in your post.

I honestly don't believe that foreign investment has been the driving factor behind house prices rises in Australia. I need facts and data and different points of view to change my opinion and I like to change my opinion.

My parents also had to move far away to buy a house. It just happens with a growing population.

Yes the Chinese can be good businessman but they can also do dumb stuff. They are human. They do tend to work hard.

Yes China has a government that is extremely scary. Doing trade with them is extremely difficult. The problem is that it's been so lucrative for us. I agree that we should be looking to diversfy our trade away from China because they don't play by the rules and that makes trade a lot harder. I also expect our business leaders to make those decisions. If they don't their businesses may suffer. I don't believe the government should be getting involved in strategic business decisions.

Considering a couple of cases have been recorded in schools this may not be even close to the Bondi cluster peak. Especially with people now refusing to do what the health specialists say because they say it "can't be a coincidence it always happens during the holidays". Apparently to a surprising amount of people this is the country's way of controlling the people and they also say the deaths are not even from Covid. They say it's surprising no one has got the flu since the virus came about and there's actually no proof the virus even exists. These people could be the reason we don't get out of the latest Covid mess for a while.

There's a decent amount here and there. Comments on the NSW police page on the posts saying things like this and also Sky News followers. ( not that I watch sky news). And other places as well.

The global conversation regarding Ivermectin (a drug which the clinical evidence shows is not statistically effective) is about to escalate.

Joe Rogan podcast just dropped with Dr Bret Weinstein and Dr Pierre Kory

My cousin had covid

The crazies swag_tiger is describing would presumably think you and your cousin are in on the conspiracy?

So Gladys might be comfortable with the measures put in place, but I haven't been and am now angry at the snail's pace of applying reasonable restrictions.

I was at Meadowbank TAFE yesterday with my wife and trying to work out whether we were in building J. There is a QR code system there, but it didn't operate with the NSW Service App.

If my late eighties parents and others we have passed since our hours spent there been exposed since our visit, I will be livid.
