So Gladys might be comfortable with the measures put in place, but I haven't been and am now angry at the snail's pace of applying reasonable restrictions.

I was at Meadowbank TAFE yesterday with my wife and trying to work out whether we were in building J. There is a QR code system there, but it didn't operate with the NSW Service App.

If my late eighties parents and others we have passed since our hours spent there been exposed since our visit, I will be livid.

You're correct, no I wasn't, though my wife was there last week and was contacted by them today, then she spoke with me afterwards.

I will speak with her shortly and try to make sense of it.

Especially with people now refusing to do what the health specialists say because they say it "can't be a coincidence it always happens during the holidays". Apparently to a surprising amount of people this is the country's way of controlling the people

the other one is:

biosecurity control order maximum 12 months
federal one first called 17th june
can't extend it under the biosecurity act
now there's the delta variant, enough of a change to issue a new biosecurity control order for another 12 months

So Sydney's eastern suburbs including the city are in lockdown for a week.

Just wonder if people from outside those area can head into the city?

Might be a great time for a visit to Bondi with no locals or and about

Doubt it will work
NSW runs on the idea that everyone is a honest person and will do the right thing for the greater good. Unfortunately that isn't the case, and as the Hoxton Park party has shown its hitting at almost 50% and as the shopping chance case of two people passing shows it doesn't take much to transmit. A few dishonest people and the lock down will extend and spread to more areas as the virus spreads out. I'm sure Camden will be on the list next with a daycare, woolies and movie theatre all on the list

So long as you don't need to check in anywhere, otherwise they would probably know.

Although yeah, just working in CBD (I do also) they'd have to dig fairly deep to find out haha.

Too late for the Nepean downstream at the Hawkesbury Bridge as well, with plenty of those wanting to depart having already crossed it heading north.

Even yesterday the freeway was busier than it usually is approaching school holidays.
