I think we sort of had a Covid scare today ...Mrs got a message that a student at my kids school who'd been to Melbourne may have been in the wrong place

But at the end of the message from Qld Health it said not to worry ......

It was slightly confusing ...young fella got home and said the person in question had been called to office and gone home .....

I just read on the BBC website that the USA had a record amount of deaths from drug overdoses last year (blaming it on lockdowns). It went up from 70k to 93k

Making light of those removalists abusing the rules that they agreed to abide by, thus spreading the Sydney strain far and wide, and possibly soon having another quarter or so of the nation in lockdown.

Thanks removalists, your recklessness has cost our nation a fortune that could soon run into the billions.

Apparently they have been cagey about where they have been on their run. Obviously been to the rippers or the knock shop somewhere along the way and don't want their wives finding out.

The management of the removal company are the ones who need to be held to account. There were 2 trucks so possibly a reasonable size company. Hard to imagine the labourers going rogue had they been informed correctly. I have worked in close proximity to a couple of successful removal companies and the directors there would have been on top of this from day one .

There are so many backyard outfits doing this type of work it really is an unregulated free for all.

Not cooperating with LE so far which isn't helping their cause.

Who knows the structure of this outfit and that is a good thing for mine.

Despite the obvious wrongdoing for which they must be penalised to the fullest extent of the laws, I don't want them being named, hounded by media and shamed on the front pages of tabloids as others have previously been.

But they will- Gladys and Scott and Rupert need scapegoats - unless it is a section of society and in an area where they need votes.

Really hard to believe that the definition of an essential worker in NSW is still worked out between an employer and employee.

What the hell!
