Wife went to the doctors today and got her medical exemption. Doctor advised that 5 to 11 year old vaccination will be mandated next year, otherwise no school. As parents, how do you feel about this?

Mate it is known they can not block children from going to school under the International Rights of the child. They also can not force a child to get vaccinated without parent permission under Australian law.

Why are you saying people would make cowardly threats? I speak with medical professionals who have differing ideas all the time in my job especially when it relates to school age children. I know how to have a civil conversation with a medical professional and discuss what they are saying and how it is inaccurate or determine if there was a misunderstanding with the information that has been communicated by the parents.

Sons school just got shut down. Positive case. My eldest has been off the whole week with a cold (feeling unwell since Saturday but getting better). Tested negative for COVID on Tuesday. Might get a re test done tomorrow. I have zero symptoms.
