Pretty much the way I see it. I also feel it's a shame we invested in players with ability but lacking the required character. I think that we've really gotten unlucky with the bunch that has just come through. It's extremely unlikely we will ever get such a poor crop again.

I agree in a manner of speaking, given our U20's and ISC teams aren't really showing a great deal those players will have to work their ring out to prove to Cleary why he shouldn't go looking outside the club for performing players.
Could well see a big shift away from the homegrown talent mantra that Sheens and Ronald tried to stamp on this club. Not a bad thing IMO, since it's done jack for us in the long run.
