Couple things about our current squad

We are the second least experienced team in the comp, we have the 4th best attack and the 9th best Defence in the comp taking this into account are we expecting to much form this squad??

See I think we aren't because although we are the second least experienced team we are very experienced in the key areas (hooker 5/8 and fullback) but we also have a wealth of experience in the forwards…. So why are we so inconsistent this year?? This time last year was when we started putting it together on the run to the grand final qualifier but I just don't get the same vibe as last year

This squad just has nothing at the moment they look flat. Hopefully getting our left hand attack and Benji back will give everyone a spring in their steps and something may happen towards the end of the year but personally I doubt it. I can see us limping towards the finals finishing 7th or 8th and copping a pasting in the first week of the finals.

There is such a massive gap between the top teams and the rest this year I can't see anyone making a late charge let alone us

Don't really give two rats about dumb comparison stats.
WestsTigers have equal footing as in terms of being a club in the NRL premiership trying to win the comp. These players are highly paid professionals to do a job regardless of which team they play for. It's up to the club, CEO, coach and staff to ensure WT have the best chance at doing so.
The team has ALWAYS been inconsistent since the merger. It is the ONLY thing they are consistent at..

I dont know how you arrive at your stats - throw Lote, Lawrence and Utai back into the team and it looks pretty experienced to me. Injuries to some key players is obviously one of the main reasons we have not performed to expectation this year. I am not saying there arent other reasons because clearly there are but injuries would be the biggest factor.

The 4th best attack stat will be threatened by the massive 10 points the boys have scored in the last 2 weeks. To me the real stat of the last 2 weeks was in the hyped up contests: Cameron Smith V Farah and Ennis v Farah. Farah finished second both times. And, the fact that there was even a suggested contest seems to be enough to send him spiralling into apathy and self indulgence. Consequently, he doesn't perform and the Tiges are directionless. To me, the only prospect of salvaging anything from the season is to get Robbe physically and mentally right.

I promise not to make another comment related to Robbie. Despite all that I have said here today, I really rate him as a great player. The club's management of his needs or perhaps external-to-club issues are preventing him from showing it at the moment. But, he's a star. No doubt about that at all.

Nrl.com is where I got the game experience stat from along with the offense/defense stats we were 200 games less then the 3rd least experienced side warriors are the least experienced team with around 1100 combined fg game experience in there squad

That will change massively when you get Tuqiri ,Lawrence Utai and Payten back Probably 600 games of experience there alone
