Credit where credit is due

He always had the guts. Today he showed some skill as well. He's not at all bad to have as a second fullback.

Amazing game by him.

Looked good tonight. Still not a patch on Teddy but he looked like he cared tonight.

Perhaps he knows he is on borrowed time and trying to impress potential suitors?

hmmm we still gotta hope we re-sign teddy and if he really wanted to be here he would of re-signed with us by now

Tedesco should take the offer from the bulldogs…he will never get his spot back now

lol

Obviously Rowe needs to keep improving and he will never get 7 NRL games between good performances again, but this could be the start of his growth in becoming a full on NRL fullback. Its a step in the right direction,

He needs to bulk up a bit. He is pretty lite weight.

By that logic if he didn't want to be here wouldn't he have signed elsewhere by now?

Every now and then I saw a different Moltzen as well but in the end we all knew he was s***. Rowe is s*** he did some normal fullback things tonight like catch and run and tackle but in the end his not a first grader and will never be a first grader. He did his job…ran the ball back ...big deal that's what he gets paid to do.
He dropped balls missed tackles dropped bombs and surrendered in tackles..Yeah thats something to be real proud of...lol.

sorry.. i wanna try to say that i disagree but from past experience just wanna say that you're moronic.

Maybe he has got some confidence that he might be able to play at this level

Or the comments about Moses missing his debut sparked him into action

Much better performance though , well done

Was easily Rowe's best game in the top grade. Hopefully he keeps improving and takes extra confidence back to state cup while he waits for his next chance.

had a go and stayed involved with positive results.
looked good for the most part, but unfortunately he hasn't developed enough in the body to turn some of those plays into possible scoring chances.

Some people seem to live just pour crap on others. We can always count on an 'Irvine' post to be negative.

I thought Rowe played well. How many 1st grade games has he played? Everyone improves with experience, except Irvine, and we get to see the benefits of his experience week after week.

That was a huge improvement. Most importantly would have proved to himself that he was capable of playing at this level - Potter knew it.

It is massively important that Potter continues to give fringe players a go rather than resufflling the team. They end up playing and training like first graders and are ready when injuries strike. Under Sheen our depth was waifer thin. You really need a squad of 25 first graders to be able to compete week in week out.

Clontarfkid. Mullaney must have other issues other than his size (most probably Jarrad Hayne). You dont need to be big to be an effective fullback ie. exhibit A - Clive Churchill, B Brett Hodgson, C Matt Bowen, D Ben Barba.

I wouldn't say Rowe was one of our best, but it was easily the best game he's played for us. Broke some tackles late in the game and put his head down once or twice, reflects back on my comments last game when he seems better when he doesn't think too much.

Rowe along with Woods & Galloway proably got more out of last nights game than anyone else….

yeh i think those 3 stood out.

I was impressed with Woods at times, running with more leg speed and made some crucial tackles.

Some of you people are amazing. You know who you are.

How in the name of god do you expect a 19? year old kid with 3-4 NRL games to his credit playing the Premiers to perform like Slater, Hayne, Stewart, Ingles etc.

Wake up to yourselves and get off his back. He had a great game - probably the best we had.

Who above would have stopped the first try, Who would have stopped the runaway try from that stupid offload that went to ground. Of course he was out of position you can't anticipate that.

As for Mulaney - not worth a been and that was why he was let go.

Give Rowe a go - he is young, needs building up and needs more experience.

As for Irvine's comments - go and watch netball - you know nothing about RL.

Best tackle of the match by a Tigers was a one on one in the second half made by Keefy on a full flight SBW close to our line

When I saw who made the tackle I was amazed .He showed a fair bit of agility to make the tackle and stopped him dead in his tracks

The people who are knocking Keefy are watching a different game to me He has lost a little speed but that is to be expected after all the foot issues
