Obviously u blokes only watched Cricket from the 90's onwards through the Glory Years….

So quick to pull out the knives...

I'm only 31 so clearly that would be the case.

Well with the rain delay they are replaying 92/93..at the SCG..Tony and Bill in the commentary box …Warnie on fire ...enjoy

Mate your Math is struggling again

CB said he was 31 , 2016 -1993 = 23

Even as an 8 year old he probably had more of a clue what he was talking about in regards to cricket than you do now :roll

We are lucky I guess

Can you imagine how many times in that Test if De Kock had been playing that side it could of been caught De Kock bowled Fannie

Herschelle Gibbs just dropped the World Cup…

Still remember watching this game from Gladstone Hospital a few days after having my appendix removed with a South African Dr working the night shift

Did he knock you out and put it back in after the win?

That was one of the funniest things I've ever seen. Control the catch before you celebrate.

I watch some of the England V India test on the weekend and the same type of thing happened, as with the Gibbs catch but the umps gave it Out.
The Indian fields-man caught the ball by lost control of it a slit second later. i think he was trying to throw it up in the air. it went to the video and they gave it out. :unamused:

Hey Joe. Where you going with that bat of yours?
I'm going back to sit in the pavilion
I got another chance in the team, i failed. I caught got down the leg side

I saw that. As much as I can't stand Ellen DeGeneres aka Joe Root, that should not have been given.

1 & 0 for the only Queenslander in the side.
Great contribution right there.

Dude, seriously, the whole side sucks.

I'd go with something like this for the 3rd test:

1\. Warner
2\. Khawaja
3\. Ferguson
4\. Smith
5\. Patterson/Lehmann
6\. Stoinis
7\. Nevill
8\. Starc
9\. Hazlewood
10\. Bird
11\. Lyon

Alternatively bring Cowan in for Ferguson. Having Cowan and Warner open and Khawaja at 3.

Yes was watching that part of the game as well and couldn't believe the decision….was the horse head Maxwell up in the box I wonder. That was an NRL decision that one!!!

Still doesn't extract much enthusiasm from me. Problem is that it's probably the best on offer unless you throw Boof Jnr to the wolves early.

Smith should come in at first drop, with Belkin at #4.

We need an anchor with Warner.

It's not Caught Marsh bowled Lillee but as you said it's hard to do much better at the moment.
Voges has to go and I think Patterson and Lehmann are the best fit to replace him. Lehmann is actually the older of the pair but has played less matches - I'd be inclined to go with Patterson for his experience. Both are in great form.

The top order is the bigger problem, as you said we need someone who can stick around. Who is Belkin lol?

In Adelaide I think we will need an all-rounder for a day/night test and Stoinis is probably the best we have.

Belkin - Car charger - Khawaja. Sorry, it's a nickname amongst my mates and I haha…

Stoinis has probably done well enough to get a look in, I mean Marsh has done SFA to warrant selection or retention. Not entirely sold with Stoinis on the bat though which is where we're in deep trouble.

Need a gritty Tugger or AB type bat.
