I agree that this Indian squad are amazing fighters but gee our attack has been pedestrian. Tactics today were shocking. Chin music started about 3 hours too late then went too long at the very end. Starting to wonder about Langer and Paine tbh.

Langer is a rubbish coach. His law of attraction woo woo rubbish will only get you so far. Such a shame that Lehman got caught up in sandpapergate

I don't like our bowling combos ...fields we are setting .....I still think second slipper is too deep as well .....just my opinion

I dunno about all this talk that the Gabba will end up worse than Sydney ...maybe because when he does stick low it will be a bigger variance ...but I reckon I've seen two keep low this afternoon ......

I haven’t liked our combos for a number of years. Poor field positions as well. The Australian cricket team is only a shadow of its former self.

I hope India goes for the win and doesn't end up setting a defensive field.

The few over bowled yesterday, barely any balls on the stump and people in the edge of the circle makes me think they are going to try and choke the runs and frustrate the Aussies rather than force a result with attacking bowling and fielding.

Could be a hell of a last 2 days!

Also, how crazy is it that the entire tour, ODI was Aus 2-1, T20I was India 2-1 and the test match is 1-1 after almost 18 days. The entire tour could come down to the very last day after close to 2 months for a clear winner!

For India, they've had one REALLY bad session but otherwise have been courageous and showed wits. Australia's issue is still the top 2. The bowling attack is top notch considering they've taken all the wickets on offer except SCG 2nd innings on a road with India playing nothing but defensive strokes.

Send down the rain...

With all the unstable weather up north it won't surprise if a few storms start floating around

Why you don't play Test cricket in January in Qld ...probably cost Qld about 20 Shield Titles

Does Smith ever think he is out ...I reckon he could have all the stumps splayed to the 4 winds and he would review it .....selfish

I would have been tempted to send a Starc or Cummins out and told them to swing away and held Paine back

Off topic but what would be the Australia's All Time Test XI ?

4. Ponting
5. Border
6. M. Hussey (controversial)
7. Healey

Forgot about Lindwall. He was as important to the invincibles as the Don.

I'd say Heals was a better keeper and Gilly a better keeper-batsman.

With that top order, I thought the no. 7 won't need to do much haha

They you go Don Tallon ....many of the old timers reckon he is a better than anyone else and they've seen Healy and Gilchrist

Depends what era are we playing as well ..if your still playing on stickies you wouldn't pick any of the current players

I remember reading about him in the Year 10 history. But personally, looking at old videos- Thomson/Lillee combination was lethal. Don't know much more about Lindwall though.

Scored a Test ton as well did Ray ......owned a Florist at the Mt Ommaney shopping centre near Mum's ....lovely bloke ...but I wouldn't have messed with him either

The other bloke many of us (bar Geo ) didn't see is Bill Ponsford .....Dad raved about Neil Harvey and Peter Burge

My Grandfather rated Lindwall better than Lillee ...saw him in 1948 in England before he came to Australia
