Okay we batted terribly once again, but credit has to be given to India. Their bowlers bowled a full length at the poles. There were very few gift balls. Australia were forced to play at balls doing a bit at pace, and they were not good enough to handle the challenge.
Can’t see things changing a great deal through the series. We have a bowling attack that is starting to slide, granted from a high peak, but our batting has been terrible for some time.
They will not drop anyone for test 2, but they have to start to making some changes very soon, so we can gradually ease new players into the team with the ashes only 12 months away
