The Run Smith has a good average at lords, hopefully he can put in a big one.
I reckon we should come home over the top of this side in this game, and batting should get easier as the day goes on, we need to wear down their bowling.

I fly to London from Dusseldorf super early tomorrow morning.

Land at Heathrow, train to Euston, drop bags, tube to St Johns Wood, will stop to see Abbey Road zebra crossing (its super close), then on to Lords.

Tough conditions with the overcast and the dukes. Its been a terrible spring in Europe its been really grey for a long time. Usually its the most pleasant weather this time of year and the sun doesn't go down until 10:45pm.

Somewhere near 280 and we will be OK. Hopefully get to see a bit bowling and batting tmrw. If it stays overcast SA will struggle just as much if not more.

I’ve work my butt off to clear the time off, so no going to bed for me, I’ll be up with toothpicks to hold the eyelids up and setting the alarm every 30 minutes. I’ve got apples 🍎 and home made choc mud cake (she nailed this one) for snacks.

Yeah agree, we can exploit these conditions just as well if not better, also their bowlers have been living it up large at the IPL knocking out four overs on a busy night, and ones coming back from injury.
Anyway enjoy your holiday and no doubt we chat tomorrow night. Post a Lords weather update and hour or so before the game would be great.
