Smith in a lot of pain with a possible broken arm after a heavy blow from Archer.Still batting with an arm guard he certainly is a tough bugger

Archer forgot that Hazlewood and Cummins can bowl 140+ half trackers too?

He's going to get shelled.

He already did in the first innings. The first 3 balls he faced were all bouncers.

Dunno , I reckon a 150 + total chase will be very tough , the pitch really hasn't had a chance to age gracefully ...still has a little juice in it

Plus Smith is quickly hitting a lull in form ..he might struggle to get 60 next innings .....Warner can't get the ball of the pitch

Wonder if getting hit will leave any mental scars on Smith. It’s about the only thing that will stop atm. I’d say Archer will be odds on peppering him again the next time Smith faces him.

Doubt it. He was hitting them OK when he came back out. Was an ordinary dismissal but his bells were probably still ringing. He's very Steve Waugh like in that he disappears into another world when he's batting. That's why I reckon the sledging and the like doesn't get to him. His concentration drowns it out.

If Archer does make it out, Cummins and Hazlewood should both brought straight on and told to aim for his collarbone.
